What it’s about…

For bloggers who own a camera with manual controls and want to improve their photography skills.

You will learn the basics of exposure, focus and composition. You’ll get a run down of equipment, accessories and camera care, to get the best from your kit. We’ll cover the basics of light, post editing in Adobe Lightroom and image setup for online use including social media and SEO, so that you can maximise the images on your blog.

This day is suitable for all genres, from food bloggers to lifestyle bloggers, beauty bloggers, fashion bloggers, travel bloggers, parent bloggers and more, we’ll give you some simple tricks and tips that will leave you with a better understanding of how to take great photos.

Taught by Gavin Wren of Le Petit Oeuf, this class will advance your photography skills and give you some simple techniques to go home and put into practice.

Full day classes consist of four main sections, with a morning break, lunch and an afternoon break to grab a coffee, catch our breath, answer questions and have a natter about blogging. At the end of the day you’ll get a couple of gifts to take away.
